When cooking outdoors during a power cut or at camp, a skewer gives you a simple way to prepare food on the grill. The Fire Wire Flexible Grilling Skewer is a cable-style option made from 100% food grade stainless steel, with flexibility that makes it easier to load and handle than a rigid skewer.
Each skewer is twice as long as a traditional skewer and holds twice as much food. You can thread the food onto the wire, place it in a bag to marinate, then put it on the grill. Its design allows it to remain cool to the touch when turning or removing it, without needing another tool. It is dishwasher safe for cleaning after cooking.
