Description / DMT DuoSharp® 8-in. Extra-Fine / Fine Hardcoat™ Bench Stone with Base
When household repairs or camp maintenance depend on a properly sharpened tool, a bench stone is a useful part of the workshop kit. The DMT DuoSharp® gives you two diamond sharpening surfaces on a flat, 8-in. bench stone, with a base accessory for bench or counter use.
Use the Fine diamond surface to sharpen, then the Extra-Fine surface to polish and refine the edge. The Hardcoat™ surface is designed for extra durability when used with the hardest steels and ceramic blades. Sharpen dry or with water; no messy oils are needed.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home tool-maintenance station: keep everyday tools ready for household repairs.
- Shed or woodstore: maintain tools used for workshop and woodwork jobs.
