Description / DD SuperLight Pathfinder Waterproof 2-Person Tent
When bad weather disrupts an overnight trip, a reliable shelter helps you stay dry and keep your kit together. The DD SuperLight Pathfinder is a lightweight waterproof tent for two, or a roomy shelter for one person and their gear. It can also be used as the stormproof outer over the DD SuperLight Pathfinder Mesh Tent.
Set it up with a single hiking pole. The zippered entrance has tie-backs for dryer weather, and a vent provides ventilation. Used with the mesh inner, it creates a large porch for wet boots, packs and clothes. The tent is waterproof rated to 3000mm and has taped seams.
Where it fits in your kit
- Camping kit: lightweight overnight shelter for two.
- Off-grid trips: waterproof cover when you need to sleep away from buildings.
- Bug-out bag: a compact shelter option when you have room to carry it.
- Camp setup: use with the Pathfinder Mesh Tent for a porch and bug protection.
Prep tips
- Practise pitching it with your hiking pole before relying on it outdoors.
- Check the tent, pegs and guy-lines after use and before setting out.
- Pack a separate backup way to shelter in case your main shelter is damaged or unavailable.
