Description / DD Hanging Pocket with 3 Mesh Compartments
When you’re sleeping in a hammock at camp, small essentials can be awkward to find in the dark or when you’re already settled in. The DD Hanging Pocket is a simple organiser for keeping them together and within reach, making it a useful addition to a hammock-based off-grid sleep setup.
It has 3 mesh compartments and is designed to hang from the loops inside your hammock’s mosquito net. The provided guy line lets you move the pocket along the line and out of the way when you sit up. Check that your hammock has suitable hanging loops before relying on it.
Where it fits in your kit
- Hammock camp: Keep small essentials together above you while you rest.
- Off-grid sleep setup: Organise items you want close to hand overnight.
- Bushcraft camp: Make use of the storage loops inside a hammock mosquito net.
Prep tips
- Check the hanging loops and arrangement on your hammock before taking the pocket on a trip.
- Practise moving it along the guy line so you can shift it out of the way easily.
- Keep essential items in a consistent compartment so they are easier to find in low light.
