When a knife used for food preparation needs edge attention, a sharpener fixed to the cutting board keeps it close at hand. The Cuda Marine Cutting Board Channel Sharpener screws onto the board’s back edge and has a fine-grit, diamond-plated surface for all-purpose edge restoration.
Attach it to the back edge of the marine cutting board so it is ready at the food-preparation station. Its 10-inch length gives you a sharpening surface along the board edge.
