The Condor Filleting Knife has a flexible, extremely sharp stainless steel blade for clean-cut fillets, making it a useful food-preparation tool when you're cooking off-grid or making the most of a fresh catch.
The textured rubber handle and finger guard are designed to provide a firm grip, including in difficult conditions. This blade size is best suited to processing fish of about 2-3 kg. It can also be used for kitchen tasks such as slicing tomatoes, and it is supplied with a black leather sheath.
