Description / Bla Band Taco Stew Freeze-Dried Meal 143g
When an outage, evacuation or long day outdoors makes a proper meal harder to arrange, this freeze-dried taco stew gives you a compact option to keep in your food supplies. Bla Band Taco Stew combines rice, beans and vegetables with taco seasoning, and is designed for lightweight storage and an unopened shelf life of up to 3 years.
Add 400 ml of boiling water to the marked level inside the pouch, stir, reseal and leave for 10 minutes. Stir again before eating. If hot water is unavailable, cold water can be used; allow 30 minutes for rehydration. It can be eaten from the pouch or poured into a bowl.
Where it fits in your kit

- 72-hour kit or grab bag: lightweight food for an evacuation or time away from home.
- Camping and multi-day walks: a compact meal when carrying food matters.
- Off-grid supplies: prepare with boiling water, or cold water when hot water is not available.
Prep tips
- Keep a reliable water supply with stored meals and plan how you will heat water.
