Its heat-treated steel construction and bi-directional cutting action make it a practical tool for home preparedness and off-grid use.
Place the chain around the wood and work it back and forth using the handles; the chain is designed to cut on both the pull and push strokes. After use, brush away debris and sap, occasionally lubricate the chain with oil, and store it somewhere dry to help prevent rust and damage.
