Description / 8in Sharpening Steel with Black Synthetic Handle
When a knife used for camp cooking or household tasks needs routine edge care, this sharpening steel provides a simple tool to keep with your other maintenance equipment. It has an 8" steel sharpening rod and a black synthetic handle.
Use the rod with a suitable knife and controlled strokes, following the knife maker’s guidance where available. Practise the motion before relying on it, and clean and store the steel with your other tools after use.
