Description / Petromax Hand Coffee Grinder with Adjustable Grind
When a power cut interrupts the morning routine or you are brewing at camp, the Petromax Hand Coffee Grinder lets you prepare coffee without electricity. Its manual operation makes it a practical choice for an off-grid kitchen or a home emergency box where a powered grinder is not an option.
Adjust the grind to make fine or coarse coffee powder to suit your preferred brew. The grinder uses a cast iron grinding mechanism, and you can use it wherever you have coffee beans and a way to brew them.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: Keep a manual coffee option available during power cuts.
- Camp kitchen: Grind beans at a campsite without relying on mains electricity.
- Off-grid cooking setup: Pair it with your chosen stove or other way to heat water.
Prep tips
- Store coffee beans in a sealed container and keep them with your brewing kit.
- Practise adjusting the grind and making coffee at home before relying on the setup away from home.
- Keep a suitable way to heat water and a backup drink option alongside your coffee supplies.
